PK Mediation is registered with the Family Mediation Council (FMC) working towards accreditation under senior Professional Practice Consultant (PPC) supervision. Where mediation is deemed unsuitable, our supervising PPC is fully authorised to co-sign relevant court forms (C100 / Form A) to ensure your legal process continues without administrative delays.
