1. About Us
PK Mediation provides family mediation services, including child arrangements, MIAMs (Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings), and dispute resolution. Our role is to act as an impartial and neutral mediator.
2. Nature of Mediation
Mediation is a voluntary process. We do not provide legal advice, and you are encouraged to seek independent legal advice where appropriate.
3. Appointments & Bookings
All sessions must be booked in advance. We will confirm appointments via email or phone. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees for services will be clearly communicated prior to any session. Payment terms will be agreed in advance and must be adhered to.
5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Confidentiality
All mediation sessions are confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law, including situations involving safeguarding or risk of harm.
7. Limitation of Liability
PK Mediation provides a professional and impartial service. However, we are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from decisions made by clients following mediation.
